The Effects of Extreme Emotion
Emotions has an impact to every person such anger, frustration, fear, and others. negative emotions are all part of the human experience. They can lead to stress and are to be seen as emotions to be avoided and ignored or in otherwise disavowed, but they can be healthy to experience. a better and nice approach can manage them without denying, and there are some reasons for this.
Managing negative emotions is a complex one. It doesn't mean avoiding them avoidance, and it can often backfire.
It also doesn't mean letting these negative emotions wreak your life, your relationships, unmanaged anger, for example, can compel us to destroy relationships if we allow it to.
Negative emotions is more about embracing the fact that we have feelings, determining why we are having feeling this way, and allowing ourselves to receive the messages that they are sending us before we release them and move forward.
